JOB VACANCIES AT THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF ZANZIBAR (SUZA) APPLY HERE NOW

The State University of Zanzibar (Suza) is the only public university in Zanzibar Established by Act No. 8 of the House of Representatives of 1999 as amended by Act No. 11 of 2009 and reamended by Act No. 7 of 2016. Since its inception in 2002 it has been expanding in academic as well as by far the student enrollment. Its vision is to be the most preferred University in the Eastern Africa.
Suza Invites applications from suitably qualified and Competent Tanzanians to be considered to fill the following vacant posts:
1. Assistant Lecturer for Procurement and Supply Management (One Post)
2. Assistant Lecturer for Mathematics (One Post)
3. Assistant Lecturer for Statistics (One Post)
4. Assistant Lecturer for Taxation (One Post)
Qualifications
i. Holders of Masters Degree in relevant Areas of study with a GPA of not less than 3.5 at undergraduate level or equivalent. Prior experience in University level teaching is an added advantage.
ii. Must be able to Communicate in English fluently.
iii. Basic skills in Microsoft office application.
Responsibilities
i. To undertake academic teaching, research and consultancy services to the public and private communities.
ii. To perform any other University Duties and Responsibilities as may be assigned to him / her by Senior Officials.
