Eligibility: To be eligible for this scholarship, you must have accepted a full-time place on one of the following Masters degrees in the School of English comencing in September 2017:
·         Applied Linguistics MA
·         Creative and Critical Writing MA
·         English: Literature, Culture and Theory MA
·         Modern and Contemporary Literature, Culture and Thought MA
·         Sexual Dissidence MA
Eligiblity: UK, Europe and International students are eligible to apply.
College Admission Requirement
Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have their previous degree.
Test Requirement: No
English Language Requirements: It is assumed that all students in the summer program will be fluent in English. The modules are intensive, and they will need good language skills to keep up. For students whose first language is not English, you will need to provide evidence of suitable English Language qualifications as follows:
·         International English Language Testing System (IELTS): 6.5, with a minimum of 6.0 in each component
·         Pearson’s Test of English (Academic) with 62 overall with at least 56 in all four skills
·         Cambridge Advanced Certificate in English (CAE): grade B
·         Test of English as a Foreign Language internet-based (TOEFL IBT): 88 overall with 20 in listening, 19 in reading, 21 in speaking and 23 in writing
