Our Client is looking for a recent graduate with Accounting qualifications to assist with day to day operation in the Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce and Accounting.

 
Job Description
Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system
commends actions to resolve discrepancies
