PROCEDURE FOR STUDENTS’ TRANSFER FROM OVERSEES TO TANZANIA


STUDENTS’ TRANSFER FROM OVERSEES TO TANZANIA
 1.  Children of members of Diplomatic Staff.
The following conditions are required to be fulfilled:
  • Student’s transfer request letter from the parent/ guardian.
  • Supporting letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations.
Student’s Academic Records from the previous school authority.
  • A letter from the National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA) indicating equivalent academic performance of the student.
  • Three passport size student’s photographs.

2. Children of parent(s)/ guardian working oversees on private terms:
 The following conditions are required to be fulfilled:
  • Student’s transfer request letter from the parent/ guardian.
  • Residence permit (In case expatriates).
Student’s Academic Records from the previous school authority.

  • A letter from the National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA) indicating equivalent academic performance of the student.
  • Evidence of the student’s enrolment permit from the school authority in Tanzania.
  • Three passport size student’s photographs.
